At Powder FX, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund, so we have established the following policy to make the process as easy as possible:
Returns:
All returns will only be accepted with an RMA number that will be issued once the return is authorised.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at: sales@ippsltd.co.uk, 01473463333. We will require proof of purchase, and you may need to provide us with pictures of the damaged or defective product.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will require proof of purchase, and the product must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened, and in new condition. We are not able to offer returns on products that have been custom-made for an order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return a product and receive a different product instead, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the product you would like to receive.

Deliveries
At PowderFX, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Below are the details of our delivery policy.
- Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer standard delivery and express delivery within the UK via DHL, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- The order cut-off for despatch is 14.30 Monday-Friday.
- Standard delivery within the UK: 1-2 working days, in peak periods this may be longer.
- Express delivery for zone 1 areas next working day before 12.00pm.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.
- Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for your order will be at our flat rate of £12.88 + VAT for the UK mainland, for express delivery the rate is £20.00 + VAT. Please note that Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will incur additional charges.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email or SMS from DHL, you can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.
- Delivery Exceptions
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by events outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions or customs delays. If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact sales@ippsltd.co.uk, 01473463333 as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of any damage in order to process a claim.
